The government of Serbia has recently adopted a decree on establishing a support program to open Regional Innovation Centres across the region. The aim of the program is to promote an innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem in Serbia as well as in the region. Regional Innovation Centres will provide necessary conditions and equal chances for the realization and development of innovative entrepreneurial ideas. Serbian government has allocated RSD 220m (EUR 1.9m) in the budget for these purposes.
